WRC 2026 in Beijing: humanoids, quadrupeds and service robots to watch

World Robot Conference 2026 runs from 19–23 August at the Beiren Etrong International Exhibition and Convention Center in Beijing’s Economic-Technological Development Area (E-Town), with the World Robot Expo and World Robot Contest held alongside. Industry preview coverage contrasts it with the just-finished WAIC in Shanghai: where WAIC leaned model demos and “show,” WRC is cast as the week that asks who actually buys and deploys.
