The Hangzhou company says the machine achieved a 2-metre standing high jump and a top speed of 12.66 metres per second, with a 0.85-metre leg length, after a little more than three months of development.
Unitree frames those figures as surpassing worldwide human standing-jump and running-speed records, and says there is still substantial room to improve in the months ahead.
