EngineAI starts T800 mass delivery from Shenzhen, opens Zhengzhou line

On 29 May 2026 EngineAI said the first batch of its full-size T800 humanoid had rolled off a new Intelligent Manufacturing base in Honghualing, Shenzhen, and that those units were entering mass delivery. The company presents the plant as the step from pilot builds to a delivery network sized for about 10,000 units.

The Shenzhen site covers roughly 12,000 square meters and, in EngineAI’s wording, can finish a robot every 15 minutes through a closed loop from incoming inspection to end-of-line test and shipment. Founder and CEO Zhao Tongyang tied the jump to earlier small-scale runs of hundreds of PM01 units in 2025. On 24 July, Chinese coverage reported a second batch leaving EngineAI’s Zhengzhou (Yunzhi) base — the company’s Henan plant and a planned global manufacturing hub — with phase-one floor space around 8,000 square meters.

EngineAI’s T800 is the robot at the centre of this delivery story, with the compact PM01 still in the same line for context. Specs on the T800 row come from EngineAI’s product table (height, weight band, speed, runtime); edition DOF totals still differ on the OEM page.

“10,000-unit delivery capability” and the 15-minute line cadence are company figures, not third-party audits of units shipped. The May release also cites long internal QA checklists; those numbers stay attributed. The PR does not publish payload, runtime, or price for the first delivered T800s, and Zhengzhou shipping destinations in secondary reports should stay labelled as OEM/local press colour.
